$100 FEE If all engine compartments and cockpit areas of the boat are not clear of all accessories. The technicians need room to service your boat. NO SERVICE WORK besides winterization or summerization in the months of Sept., Oct, Nov, April & May. Sumerization required on all boats out of storage, fees between $65 and $110. There will be a fee of $50 for no key in boat or $200 if no key in boat off of Clear Lake. $50 dead battery or no dock. Customer is responsible for checking oil, confirming water pump is working, installing drain plug and checking for leaks if boat if not summerized by Clear Lake Marina. Hull plugs will be left out of boat if not put in water by Clear Lake Marina during winterization and summerization. If customer requests hull plug to be left isntalled in boat Clear Lake Marina is not responsible for water damage inside boat. Clear Lake Marina is not responsible for any boats not properly summerized by the customer. Boats left in storage past July 18th will be billed $330 for summer storage
